Jen & Jay – Engagement | Graffiti Alley, Distillery District, and Evergreen Brickworks Toronto

“I think I like you, and if you got some time to spare, I was thinking we could fall in love.”

What a way to start the beautiful month of May!  After my long winter hibernation, I am out and about again, shooting away for wedding season.  My first couple of 2013, Jen and Jay, were blessed with loads of sunshine during their engagement session despite the unpredictable weather in Toronto lately.

There just aren’t enough words to describe how fun and easygoing these two are.  Their silliness and ability to laugh at themselves makes taking their pictures that much more enjoyable.  We started the sunny day in Grafitti Alley, made our way to the Distillery District, and ended the romantic afternoon with a visit to Evergreen Brickworks, locations all hand picked by the stunning bride-to-be herself.  This session warmed me up for this summer, and also helped me get reacquainted with our beautiful city and reminded me how much I love Toronto.

Thank you lovebirds for letting me take your pictures.  I know “modeling” isn’t the easiest job, but it’s worth it when you’re modeling with your best friend, because as you can see, your pictures are incredible!  There were too many images to choose from, but here’s a handful I couldn’t resist sharing.  I cannot WAIT for your wedding!

Special mention to my associate and wingman, Welley Chung.
